Any orders received represent an offer to buy the products indicated and selected by you. This is not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and the goods have been dispatched. This means in the price, description or any other information is incorrect Jack and Jill’s Ltd shall not be obliged to sell you this product.

Hours of business:

Our offices are open Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to the point of order despatch. Thereafter order cancellation will be treated as an order return. In order to action your cancellation please call our Customer Care Team on 01457 870001 during working hours.
